My Story

Having spent years as a serial dieter, trying every diet under the sun to shed weight, I finally came to realize that my problem wasn't with food - it was with my own mindset.

Once I had worked on healing my relationship with myself, I was able to turn my attention to my relationship with food. I was tired of constantly chasing after fad diets, and instead, I chose to embrace a lifestyle centered around self-love and acceptance.

My new philosophy was focused on savoring the joys of life and living well, in the way that the French describe as "a bon-vivant" life.

This book will guide you in cultivating self-love and acceptance, and teach you that "size doesn't always matter". Whether you're a size 2 or a size 10, your happiness is what truly matters for your overall health and well-being.

 Excerpt

“I decided no more diets for me. I needed to work on myself first. During that period, I had highs and lows with my weight. This time, I didn’t panic when I gained a few pounds. Instead, I had to study myself. The key was to understand why I gained that weight. Was it emotional or simply a hungry period? Studying my weight gain helped me to resolve that issue.

For example, I know that when I have family or friends visiting, I automatically eat more, as everybody is hungry at different hours. My resolution was to be a bit more careful with food before their visits so I could earn “food credits.” Thanks to my food credits, I can enjoy food when family and friends are around.”
