Baked Shrimps Turkish Style - Guvec

  • 2 tomatoes diced

  • 1 small onion grated and cooked

  • 1 cup cleaned medium shrimp

  • 1 TSP avocado oil

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 TSP hot chili sauce (if you like it spicy)

  • Salt & Pepper


Preheat the oven to 400°

Cook the onions with the avocado oil and salt. Add the tomatoes. Then add the shrimp.

Once it is cooked, add the cheese on top and put it in the oven until the cheese melts.


You can serve it over vegetables or rice.

I prefer putting them on individual dishes and serve it as an appetizer during a cocktail party. (like in picture)
