Ingredients

  • 1 organic lemon sliced
  • 1 organic ginger grated
  • 1 pouch organic green tea
  • 4 to 6oz honey (depending how much you like it)
  • 16oz Jar

DIRECTIONS

Prepare the tea, and add everything in the jar, mix it well and let it cool.

Once it cools down keep it in your fridge. Every time you don’t feel great and feel it is the beginning of a cold, add it to your hot water. Don’t forget as it is organic, you can eat everything in it.

Every year I prepare several batches to distribute among friends and family. The beauty is you can keep it in your fridge for at least 3 months, so you can prepare before winter. The taste is so yummy that some just drink it every morning.
