The Bon-Vivant girl, also known as The Happiness Activator.
I am a psychotherapist, an international best-selling author of the book The Happiness Cocktail, a speaker, and a leading happiness and mindset coach. I am also the Executive Editor of Ageless Living Magazine, where I curate stories that celebrate unapologetic and joyful living at any age.
My approach blends science, emotional insight, and practical strategy to move people from survival to thriving. I understand what burnout, guilt, and self-doubt feel like, because I lived them too. I looked happy long before I actually felt it, and that experience drives the work I do today.
My work centers on one mission. Help people reset how they live, love, and lead by strengthening the three relationships that shape everything.
