  • That’s completely fine. While we’ll check in on all three areas (self, partner, work), we’ll focus most on the one that needs the most attention. You’re always in the driver’s seat.

  • While I have a background in Psychotherapy, this is not traditional therapy. This is coaching: forward-focused, action-oriented, and designed to help you create real results. What makes my approach unique is that I bring psychotherapy-backed tools into our coaching work. That means you get the depth and emotional insight of therapy, combined with the clarity, structure, and accountability of coaching. We won’t stay stuck in the past. We’ll use it to fuel meaningful progress forward.

  • The Relationship Code is a complete experience designed for deep, lasting transformation. That said, the first step is always a Discovery Call to see if it’s the right fit.

  • Not at all. Whether you’re partnered or single, we’ll explore the beliefs, patterns, and habits shaping your experience of connection, and support you in building healthy relationships, starting with yourself.

  • Yes. You’ll have access to me through scheduled check-ins (via WhatsApp or email) to ask questions, get feedback, or get support when things come up in real life.

  • We’ll have one 60-minute call each week, plus optional check-ins and exercises between sessions. Most clients spend 90 minutes to 2 hours per week total. This is about creating momentum, not adding stress.

  • We’ll discuss the price during your Happiness Discovery Call. I don’t share pricing upfront because I want to understand your goals, challenges, and what kind of support you truly need first. Once we know this is the right fit, I’ll walk you through everything clearly so you can make a confident decision with all the information.

  • Yes, I offer a pay-in-full option as well as a 3-month payment plan. We will go over the details during our Happiness Discovery Call. Rest assured, you’ll receive all the same support either way.
