Hi, I am Nathalie!

I am a Psychotherapist, a certified Holistic Health Coach. My European and Mediterranean background, mixed with my last 15 years in the United States, and my Bon-Vivant girl lifestyle, gives me a unique perspective to help you find Happiness. 

I spent a lot of my life searching for happiness in all the wrong places, including the size of my body. My negative self-image and self-talk led me to hate what I saw in the mirror.

After chasing the elusive "perfect body" for so long, I found myself becoming more isolated and unhappy. I tried one fad diet after another, with little success, always hoping that the next one would finally bring me the happiness I craved.

But then I had a revelation. It wasn't my dress size that was the problem; it was my mindset. I realized that true happiness could only come from loving and accepting myself as I am.

So I decided to take a different approach. Instead of obsessing over my appearance, I focused on cultivating self-love and acceptance. I explored the reasons behind my negative self-talk and why I had attached my happiness to a certain body type.

It wasn't an easy journey, but over time, I rediscovered my self-worth and my love for life. I learned to embrace my body, flaws and all, and to enjoy every moment of my life as it is right now.

And my hope is that you, too, can find the same sense of contentment and joy within yourself.
